$305 million in security grant funding has been allocated for the current federal Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP). Eligible nonprofits can apply for up to $150,000 for security equipment, training, guards, and cybersecurity measures. Organizations with multiple sites can apply for up to six grants (three applications for buildings located within designated Urban Areas, and three applications for buildings located outside of designated Urban Areas), for a maximum of $450,000 in funding.The deadline for submitting NSGP grant applications in NY is on April 20, 2023, by 5:00pm.
