    Reimbursement Process & Timelines:

Although the reimbursement should go quickly, the reimbursement process depends on a number of things, all of which impact the timing.

    • First, a school can only request reimbursement once their application is approved.
    • Once approved,  the required items needed for reimbursement (invoices, receipts, etc. ) should be submitted. These will need to accompany either the DOE 301 and the DOE 399. Once completed, these items will need to be sent to Melissa Baker. Additionally,  Staci Folsom is an additional point of contact who will be processing the requests for reimbursement on behalf of the comptroller’s office.
